As a professional private investigator in Sydney New South Wales with more than two and a half decades of experience and credentials in various investigative roles, we can undertake professional bug sweeps also known as Technical Surveillance Counter Measures (TSCM) to search for typical domestic spy devices in your home or motor vehicle such as hidden cameras and voice recorders concealed in ordinary household appliances and places and GPS trackers concealed inside motor vehicles etc. We attend your location and use specialised skills and equipment to scan for typical Radio Frequency (RF) signals, magnets, hidden camera lenses, infrared diodes, heat emissions and conduct a physical inspection to probe and search for spy devices.
Usually domestic spy devices are now easily bought over the internet and are commonly disguised as ordinary household appliances such as picture frames, clocks, USB chargers, power banks and smoke alarms to name just a few. Less common nowadays are spy devices that require minor construction and electrical cabling work to be installed inside a building’s wall cavity and ceiling etc. however these spy devices can still be located with scanners and probes etc. Spy devices cannot be magically remotely monitored and operated without there being a connection and typical connections nowadays are usually over the internet and by Radio Frequency (RF) including traditional transmitters, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and 4G-5G Global System for Mobile (GSM) communications. Spy devices may also record and store data locally on internal memory including SD cards etc.
We reserve the right to approve all customer orders and determine the appropriate product quantities necessary and service quotas to be provided per customer order depending on the customer’s request and criteria etc. A bug sweep does not include other things such as examination of your mobile phone and computer system software or any other similar electronic devices where spyware might be installed and hidden etc. As the nature of investigations is never clear cut and the fact that we expend significant resources merely to undertake and complete customer orders, there are no guarantees of outcome and results and no cancellations and refunds of any kind. We do guarantee however, to complete the correct work and use our best expertise to fulfil customer orders.
* If the customer requires evidence of the bug sweep investigation and findings in the form of a professional written report with photographs, then the customer is also required to cover the additional work and cost and order the Bug Sweep Report Add-on product, prior to the Bug Sweep callout.
Should you require, we can also arrange for a third party Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) registered technician to inspect and analyze your telephone line and any interference in the area (additional fees and charges apply).

ORDER INSTRUCTIONS
Please follow the following order process:
We may be required to approve your order, the product quantities necessary and or service quotas to be provided depending on your request and criteria etc. Bookings and services may require a minimum two (2) business days to be processed and received, are subject to availability and may require further sufficient time to arrange your investigation/services.
1. Click ‘Buy’ and change the order quantity as required. (1 product quantity = 1 callout and bug sweep of one small area or motor vehicle. Multiple areas/rooms or vehicles require multiple product quantities. Call us if you’re not sure!)
2. Complete your order details. You do not need to create an account with a password if you do not wish and may simply untick this option. In the ‘Delivery Notes or Additional Comments’ field you may insert some details about your scenario and location etc.
Ensure to complete all fields marked with an ‘*’ and you may need to click on ‘Secure Checkout’ twice to update your details!
3. Complete your payment details.
4. Click ‘Return to Merchant’ to complete order and then ‘Print Invoice’ if required.
5. You will then receive an order confirmation to your nominated email address.
6. Your order will then be completed within our standard turnaround time, terms and conditions apply.
(Note it is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct contact details, ensure they receive their phone calls, messages and emails and check their spam folders and ensure they receive their emails without spam blocker interference.)
* Note we do not work for free and our fee may be reflective of the initial service parameters and may incorporate processing, handling, consultation, investigation, work, time, travel and expenses expended upon taking your order to perform the services within the order parameters/quotas and results are not guaranteed. The customer is expected to read all product descriptions, terms and conditions prior to order and provide all case details and information as per the product descriptions/instructions. We do not provide email and online chat and for extraordinary consultation/management service requirements the customer may be required to order extra Investigation Phone-Email Consultation to cover any extra work outside the product order service parameters/quotas. We cannot provide any cancellations/refunds once your order is processed and we reserve the right to make all operational decisions and complete investigation services as necessary and appropriate.
